Content creation with a customer focus is my specialty. The result is straightforward, benefit-rich copy that educates your audience. I have designed and written numerous documents and websites for corporations, such as:

Technical editor, DuPont and the University of Delaware, 1987-1989, DE
Working with environmental engineers and project managers, I edited reports on site remediation plans to meet compliance with state and federal regulations, and wrote marketing collateral for engineering consultants.  In an academic setting, I worked with research professors to edit articles and white papers for professional journals and conferences.
